Welcome!

Welcome to the Coastal Islands Denture Care blog — a place where I’ll be sharing stories from the road, updates from the communities I visit, behind-the-scenes moments from mobile denture care, and a little bit of life in between.

What started as a simple idea to bring denture care directly into rural and remote communities has quickly grown into something far more meaningful. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of meeting incredible people, hearing amazing stories, and experiencing communities across BC and the Yukon in a way I never could have imagined.

This blog is meant to be personal, real, and community-focused. Some posts may share travel stories from remote visits, ferry rides, and long northern road trips, while others may offer denture tips, updates on upcoming community visits, or reflections from the people and places that continue to inspire this work.

At the heart of everything I do is connection. I truly believe healthcare should feel approachable, comfortable, and human. I hope this space reflects that same feeling.
